No.

I don't see why anyone would to be honest since it's part of who we are (although I don't seem to understand why kaur is used for females when the word means prince and not princess - I did my research).

However, that said I am looking into adding an additional middle name to my full name so I will technically have 4 names in total instead of my first name, singh, and then last name.

The literal meaning of the word 'Kaur' is Prince. It is believed to be a derivative of the word 'Kanwar' meaning Prince. It is rather interesting to note, that even Male Sikhs in the past have used (and possibly even today use) 'Kaur' in their names.

Now Why "Kaur" to Females..

Birendra Kaur, Ph.D., in her paper, Insight and Foresight exemplifies the role of women as bearing great responsibility. "...Today, we women hold our heads high for the contribution of Sikhism. Women of yore in every sphere, be it service, leadership, or sacrifice. Nowhere else does a woman enjoy such a respectable status as in Sikhi. The Guru has lovingly called us 'Kaur', which means a crown prince - i.e., on whom lies great responsibility."

I agree with this statement...

“When a man falls, an individual falls. When a woman falls, a generation falls.”

That statement explains the responsibility of females... an entire generation lies on them!!

just an example of above statement..

Do you know who was Amitabh Bachhans mother? She was a sikh, Teji Bachhan Alias Tejinder Kaur Suri (Her name before marriage). Did his son became Amitabh Singh?

Answer is NO, Never and infact in '84 riots, he even gave comments against Sikhs!!

The reason was her mother chose to be away from sikhi, and so does the future generations...

So, an entire generation fell when she chose to be away from sikhi..

But whats the need of highlighting ur caste "Dhillon" in the name when ur last name has been defined as "Singh" by the guru?

Is "Singh" less important than "Dhillon"?

Even if someone asks me, "i say sorry, i forgot it!!"

Y can't we forget our castes and be gurmukh Singhs and Kaurs?
